Renegade warrior Damion Browne is a soldier of soldiers, an enforcer of the code of honor. With ruthless precision, he calculates risks as deliberately as he does his lover’s satisfaction. Lara Martin has never felt powerful, until she’s brainwashed to destroy the one man who can help her find the answers she so desperately seeks. Alone and embroiled in lies, Lara must turn to Damion for the key to the truth …
Oh boy. okay. I didn’t finish this book. Mainly because I could not stomach Lara at all. Her idiocy knew no bounds. I just couldn’t find anything that made me want to get to know her at all. I just could not connect with Lara and I didn’t get why Damion browne would even bother with her, hot doesn’t outweigh crazy every time. Or at least it shouldn’t
